Yes, you can do customisation on the design and size, here are the details. MOQ 100,000 pcs
for straw without wrapper and MOQ 300.000 pcs for straw with wrapper. Please consult with

How should I store and handle the paper straws?
Please store it in a room with the air humidity below 60%, non-humid room and keep out from
direct sunlight.for straw without wrapper and MOQ 300.000 pcs for straw with wrapper. Please consult with
our sales team by attaching your desired logo in Adobe PDF, Adobe Illustrator or Vector file.
What about the end-of-life of the used paper straws?
The paper straws can biodegrade in natural condition, and can be composted with home
compost- ing method. The time needed to compost the straw depends on condition of the
composting set up (i.e materials used in the composting mixture) and the treatment applied to it.
Bagasse Products
What is it made from?
It is made from sugar cane fibre.
How long is the shelf life?
The bagasse box can last up to 24 month, if stored properly.
Can I put hot and oily content in the box?
Yes, you can put hot and oily content in the box.
Can I put liquid in the box?
Food with small amount of liquid is still okay, but it is not recommended to put food with a lot of
liquid (soup) in the box.
Can I put the box in microwave or fridge?
Yes, the bagasse box is microwaveable and and fridge safe.
Can I put my own brand or logo on the box?
Unfortunately not. While the box comes in a relatively default form, you can add an additional
wrapping with your branding or design to communicate your values and qualities of the box.
Can I have custom colour on the box?
No, the box comes in only one colour.
What about size, can I customise the size?
Depends on the size you request with required MOQ of 100,000 pcs. Additional fee might be
needed to create a new mould, if the size you request is not available. Please consult with our
sales team for further information.
How should I store and handle the Bagasse box?
Please store in a room where the temperature is not lower than 5° C, no higher than 40° C,
relative humidity less than 80% of the ventilation conditions.
What about the end-of-life of the used bagasse box?
We highly recommend you to compost bagasse box after it’s usage. The bagasse box can be
composted with home composting method even in your own backyard. The time needed to
compost the bagasse box depends on condition of the composting set up (i.e materials used in
the composting mixture) and the treatment applied to it.

What is it made from?
Outer part of the cup/bowl is made from certified paper, inner lining is made from renewable,
non-toxic resource, which is PLA.
How long is the shelf life?
The paper cup/tub can last up to 12-18 months if handled and stored properly.
Can I put hot content inside?
The paper cups and tubs are intended to hold hot content up to 80deg C, but not to withstand
the extreme heat of microwave and oven.
Can I customise the design?
Yes, you can customise the design based on your needs, here are the details:

b. Print cup fee (one time charge): USD 100/colour/ size/design (full range printing)

temperature of room should be less than 40deg C.

The used paper cups/tubs and lids are compostable in industrial composting facility as it needs
certain temperature and environment to fully processed into compost.
